How sales work at Quantum
A clearly structured sales system that systematically processes referrals and separates responsibilities — from the initial contact to professional execution.
Security first. No compromises.
What is the general sales channel?
Quantum’s general sales channel is based on a simple and clear principle: people recommend people.
The core principle of compensation
Quantum charges clients a total commission of 20% on the actual realized net profit. Up to 10% of the net profit is allocated as a commission pool for employees and sales partners.
The partner who directly refers a client initially receives a direct commission of 5% of the net profit.
The remaining 5% can — if a corresponding structure exists — be distributed along the respective line to higher levels.
If no structure exists, the direct referrer receives the full 10% of the commission pool.

The models in detail
1. Line 5 – for partners with a clear team structure
The Line 5 model is designed for sales partners who not only refer clients themselves but also want to build a multi-level team structure. In this model, the remaining 5% of the net profit is distributed across five levels. This allows the supporting structure above the direct referrer to participate in the value creation.
This model is particularly suitable for partners who want to build a sustainable sales organization over the long term.
Unfilled levels are not redistributed afterward but remain with the company.
This ensures that compensation remains transparent, predictable, and clearly structured.
2. Line 3 – the compact model with a focus on simplicity
The 3-line model is the leaner structural variant. It also offers the possibility of team-based compensation, but focuses on three levels. This makes it particularly suitable for partners who prefer a more manageable, direct sales environment and want to operate with fewer hierarchical levels.
Here as well, direct referrals remain the central component. The direct referrer receives their closing commission, while the structure above participates in the remaining shares depending on the occupancy of the levels.
3. Line 0 – for pure direct referrers
Not every partner wants to build a structure. That is exactly why Quantum offers Line 0. This model is designed for individuals who want to focus entirely on direct referrals and do not want to use any upline or downline structure.
This makes Line 0 particularly attractive for partners who prefer to work independently, do not want to take on team responsibility, and want to focus on direct client contacts. The model is clear, straightforward, and built without additional levels.

Important to understand
Sales at Quantum are deliberately designed so that responsibilities remain clearly separated. Sales partners refer products and contacts but do not provide individual financial or investment advice, do not make return promises, and do not make statements about secure or guaranteed profits. Statements about commissions may only be made in an objective, general, and non-binding manner.
Data protection is equally important: sales partners are not allowed to collect, store, or independently process KYC data. Identity verification and regulatory review processes are carried out exclusively by the company or authorized internal entities.
